L’équipe de TrustInSoft, start-up en cybersécurité proposant des produits uniques au monde, cherche son office manager. Cette aventure nécessite dynamisme et écoute, autonomie et précision, réflexion et action.

TrustInSoft, en forte croissance, est constituée de 35 salariés dont deux aux États-Unis. Nous souhaitons recruter un ou une Office Manager en CDI, statut cadre, à temps plein. Le poste, à pourvoir dès que possible, comprend :

  • Gestion et animation de la vie quotidienne du bureau, organisation d’évènements internes, aménagement des locaux, gestion des fournitures, suivi des commandes, livraisons et budget,
  • Organisation des déplacements et réservations,
  • Recherche, mise en place et suivi des prestataires, relation avec les bailleurs et la co-propriété,
  • Recherche de nouveaux bureaux, organisation des visites, suivi des travaux, déménagement,
  • Proposition, formalisation et mise en œuvre des procédures administratives,
  • Réception, standard téléphonique, tri du courrier et archivage,
  • Assistance administrative de la direction et de l’ensemble des salariés (ex. assistance au recrutement, relecture de dossiers),
  • Santé et sécurité des salariés.

Le poste est rattaché à la direction administrative et financière de la société. La convention collective applicable est Syntec.

Compétences requises : De niveau BAC+3 ou supérieur, le poste nécessite d’être autonome, rigoureux et bien organisé. Les contacts réguliers avec les fournisseurs et les collaborateurs de la société nécessitent une bonne capacité relationnelle et une forte énergie positive.

TrustInSoft étant une société en plein développement, le poste nécessite flexibilité et gestion des priorités pour évoluer rapidement dans un environnement en mutation. TrustInSoft a des collaborateurs et fournisseurs à l’international aussi la pratique de l’anglais tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral est nécessaire.

Côté informatique, il est nécessaire d’être agile avec l’environnement Windows ou Mac OS (au choix). Les logiciels à savoir maitriser sont la suite Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) et Acrobat DC.

Localisation : Le travail s’effectue dans les locaux de TrustInSoft à côté de la station de métro Alésia au 222 avenue du Maine à Paris dans le 14e arrondissement.

Job Objective:

The candidate will participate actively to the development of TrustInSoft’s footprint in new enterprise accounts. In this customer facing technical presales role, he will be the technical owner of the customer accounts providing guidance and leadership in the presales phase throughout the US region

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary technical interface for prospects and a technical expert for TrustInSoft solution
  • Be the technical owner of the account, responsible for the customer’s technical experience
  • Build close relationships with customers at the technical level
  • Partner with sales managers for prospective customer visits, present and demo the TrustInSoft solution, and assist in the qualification of the opportunities.
  • Work with sales manager to understand the customer’s business goals and how the technology meets those goals.
  • With sales managers, define the success criteria and drive the customer during product evaluations to ensure satisfaction
  • Use the TrustInSoft solution to develop basic proof-of-concepts
  • Suggest appropriate integration in the customer development and validation processes and the required implementation steps.
  • Manage the handover towards and support the Professional Services team in providing the required deliverables
  • Prepare, support and present product presentations and demonstrations in marketing events.
  • Feedback to the product management relevant prospects and customers’ requirements

 

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience of min 5 years as senior sales engineer of software code analysis tools
  • A proven track record of working in a technical consulting role supporting enterprise customers
  • Deep knowledge of development and validation processes including SW safety certification processes and SW cybersecurity requirements validation
  • Experience in software development specifically in C/C++, Java
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with exceptional ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel

  • Identify new accounts, promote TrustInSoft solution.
  • Manage and drive new projects to grow TrustInSoft US customer base.
  • Manage key accounts to drive revenue and growth. Roll-out strategic account methodology.
  • Formulate sales strategies and execute business plans.
  • Build close relationships with all customers at all levels up to the Executive level.
  • Engage with local Sales representatives and distributors to achieve business goals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Provide market feedback regarding TrustInSoft positioning in the market.
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales target.

Job Specifications:

  • Prior experience of min 7 years in sales of software tools in at least one of the following markets: High Tech industry / Semiconductor/Consumer electronics devices/ IoT.
  • Existing and deep actionable relationships with C/C++ software development/test/SW safety and security teams at major accounts in the above markets.
  • Candidate should be willing and able to learn about the technical aspects and technology used by TrustInSoft (prior experience in code cybersecurity/safety / SW development is a plus).
  • Very dynamic, proactive, and motivated sales professional.
  • A deep understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation, lead development, opportunity management, to closing.
  • Track record in winning new business at enterprise accounts.
  • Track record in growing business at existing enterprise accounts.
  • Past experience in managing local sales representatives and distributors is a plus.

TrustInSoft is looking for a C and C++ guru.

Her/his main job is to perform analysis of any kind of C and C++ source code for the users of TrustInSoft Analyzer for proof-of-concept or to help initial setup.

Missions are on the customer premises (usually 2 to 5 days) or at the HQ for in-house analyses.

Current customers are in the US, China and Europe but the list is not limitative.

No need for a formal verification background: initial training is provided, you must be able to read, understand and explain the C and C++ ISO standards.

Preferred experience

The ideal candidate is expected to be an experienced C and/or C++ developer with strong analysis and pedagogical skills.

She/he has a development experience of/on embedded platforms, networking, OS, hypervisor, driver, firmware, libraries, safety and/or security standards.

All written communication is in English and most of our customers speak English.

Other foreign languages is a plus.

Loving C and C++ programming is must: you will get the opportunity to share your passion all over the world.

TrustInSoft is looking for a analytical, curious and pragmatic Product Marketing Manager that lives and loves the cutting edge of SW development & validation processes and tools but also has the communication and market positioning front of mind. This person will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the roadmap in accordance with the market requirements, the customer facing and R&D teams as well as building the strategy and content to position the solution in collaboration with the communication marketing.

We need a strategic thinker who is also not afraid about being hands-on. This is an extremely important hire for us who will lead company-wide growth initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to combine your understanding of the market requirements with the R&D resources to support the organization’s objectives. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills to successfully align with the customers facing teams as well as the R&D teams, and you will have a vast knowledge of current Software development & validation processes trends.

The role and responsibilities

  • Liaise with sales, support, and services teams to align on features requirements and derive priorities in terms of product features
  • Conduct market research, stay abreast of competitor positioning and obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products
  • Liaise with the R&D teams to align on the feasibility, implementation options and priorities in terms of product features
  • Define a process to build a market driven roadmap and maintain the roadmap
  • Plan and participate in the launch of new products and features. Develop the associated content and messaging and liaise with the marketing communication on the appropriate formats and channels
  • Participate to customers, industry analysts and journalists meetings as product expert
  • Contribute to the pricing and market positioning strategy
  • Develop sales tools to ease the product presentation and positioning vs market requirements and competition

The requirements and skills

  • Master degree in engineering in computer science or related field
  • A degree in marketing or a related field or an MBA may be highly desirable
  • More than 5 years’ proven experience in a marketing product management role
  • At least 2 years in a similar role in a B2B environment, working on technical software products
  • Exceptional knowledge of software development and validation processes, DevOps, DevSecOps, SW security and Safety Certification processes
