Job Objective
This is a highly hands-on and technical role with the following key activities:
- Perform code analysis: you will work with cross-functional teams at several customers, mainly focused on embedded software development, for a wide diversity of markets (automotive, IoT, mobile, defence…). The mindset is that of a debugging expert: observe the client’s code by exercising it through various inputs, understand and find the origin of the issues reported then report the bugs. Internally, you will work in close collaboration with our product team and act as the first customer voice to feed our roadmap, and also with sales & field team.
- Onboard customers and prospects: you will train development and tests teams focused on embedded Software at customers and prospects to use the tool and guide them through the first weeks of usage of the tool on the best methodologies to use the tool to achieve their objectives in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Service-oriented, candidate must be organized and analytical. Work is usually done autonomously, but team is always available and encouraged to help exchange best practices. Ultimately, the role aims to build a positive relationship with a customer throughout the discovery of the tool and help solving any issue that a customer/prospect may experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform code analysis on customer source code, in project mode, reporting regularly internally and to customer the technical progress
- Attend conference calls with customer to report technical progress and errors detected, engineer-to-engineer
- Provide feedback and suggestions to product management to improve our products and documentation
- Train and onboard customers and prospects on the usage of TrustInSoft Analyzer during tool evaluation Welcome to your next adventure - Contribute to technical hands-on knowledge transfer to customers to improve everyone’s understanding of our solution and results
- Work closely with the Sales and Technical Presales teams
- Anticipate client needs and propose alternative delivery solutions or business solutions in cooperation with the sales team
- Create a positive experience for customers and prospects and secure high customer satisfaction
Skills and Experience
Education:
- B.S. degree required (Computer Science, Software development or a related field).
Technical:
- Prior experience of min 5 years as senior C, C++ and/or Rust software developer, preferably for embedded devices
- Excellent knowledge of C/C++ ISO standards
- Experience with Linux/Unix system: comfortable with shell scripting, Linux file systems
- Comfortable with CI/CD integration and tools (Jenkins…)
- Experienced with general development tools (git, cmake/bazel…)
Soft skills:
- Prior experience of min 2 years in a service activity / customer facing activity
- Pro-active, critical thinking
- Ability to express complex ideas in a manner befitting the audience
- Team-working

Bonus skills/experience:
- Safety and/or cybersecurity background understanding
