TrustInSoft employees get together for the first annual team-building workshop
This September, TrustInSoft went on a team-building retreat to connect and brainstorm new ideas. In one team-building activity, we participated in an aqueduct challenge where four teams had limited time and resources to create an aqueduct that could transport water, later to be transferred to a bucket while balancing on a board. The team with the fullest bucket won!
We also participated in interactive working sessions where we exchanged feedback and explored new paths for innovation. Employees had the chance to meet face to face with team members who work remotely or in other locations.
We had a blast and we can’t wait for the next workshop!
